Eastwind Youth exists to reach students in SE Boise and beyond with the message of Christ and move them into a real and active relationship with Him. Our goal is to impact students wherever they are at and help them KNOW the Way, GROW in the Truth, and SHOW the Life.
Sunday mornings: U.I.O stands for Upward, Inward, and Outward and it reflects
our approach to life and God's word. It also reminds us that everything
we have comes from God - You(i.e. God) I Owe.
We meet 3 times a month in the youth room during the 10:30 service and students
grades 7-12 are invited for a time of high-energy worship (upward), Bible
teaching (inward), and a challenge to impact our world (outward). It's fun,
relational, and there's free donuts!! Bring a friend!
On the first Sunday of the month youth are encouraged to attend the main
service.

Jesus said, “whatever you do for the least of these...you do for me.”
Matt. 25:40. We went to Oregon for an intense week of ministering to the
broken, abandoned, and lost on the streets of downtown Portland and our
team came back transformed. Check out the video coming soon.

30 Hour Famine - May 22-23, 2010
(church without walls pic)
In addition to our Church without Walls Sunday serve day the youth went
30 hours without food so that others don't have to. We collected pledges
and raised enough money for World Vision to feed and care for 7 children
for an entire year.
During the fast we learned about poverty and served locally working with
the City of Boise parks and rec and CATCH housing project. And between sleeping
in cardboard boxes, dodgeball, and rockband - we had a blast! For more information

Jan. 8-10 Jr. High Winter Camp@ Camp Pinewood
Jan. 15-18 Sr. High Winter Camp...Fastbreak Winter Conference @
Quaker Hill in McCall Thanks to the over 40 students who joined
us for Winter camps this year as we met up with over 300 students for one
of the most incredible events of 2010! It was a great time with friends
skiing, snowboarding, tubing (in huge chains), playing indoor games (and
getting shocked), snow fun, and more! With great worship, an incredible
speaker, and life-changing discussions, we had a great couple of weeks.
Most importantly, we connected with God and made commitments to live for
Him, many for the first time! God is good!
See you there again next year!!
