Common Ground is an experiential job-training program for the refugee community--we seek to create economic independence for those who have the least.

BUY A BAG!--Instead of selling produce on Sunday AMs, we'll be selling BAGS.....

1. Buy your bag on Sunday AMs (or from one of the CG team members) and come fill it during the week! (We have $5 bags, $10 bags, and $20 bags for sale)

2. Come to the farm and fill it with what you like! Fresh, organic produce...mmmmm!

3. WHEN? Monday and Wednesday between the hrs of 9am - 6pm. Tues, Thurs, and Fri from 9am - 3pm. Stop by during the day or after work on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is a killer deal for fresh produce direct from the farm. Make it a part of your weekly schedule and plan your meals around what is fresh--all of it supports refugee job-training, you're helping a great cause!

What's fresh at the farm this week?--it's all organic!
Greens (of all kinds), Chards, Baby Bok Choy, Carrots, Radishes, Beets, Snow Peas, and very soon much more (cooking pumpkins, potatoes, beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and more!)

We still have Community Victory Garden plots available as well--

Option #1. You can purchase a plot and enjoy fresh veggies all summer--both what's in your plot + what is fresh in the market garden section as well.
STILL LOOKING FOR MIDDAY (NOONISH) TRANSPORTATION DURING THE WEEK FOR REFUGEES IN TRAINING. We are always in need of drivers, help on the farm, and guest job-trainers.
A big thanks to Home Depot for the materials grant and build support
for the sheds, picnic tables, and tools!
We are distributing our produce in a variety of places--Donating to
the Idaho Food Bank, the refugee community, and volunteers involved.
Selling to Life's Kitchen, The Bargain Basket, and Reggie's Veggies.

You too can play an important role!

School is out and we'd love to have your help with Common Ground. You can get involved in a few different ways:

1.The Common Ground team will be selling fresh, organic produce on Sunday AMs at Eastwind when possible--let us know if you are able to help out with sales or harvesting!

2. We are always in need of transportation help for our refugee job-trainees--please let us know if you are able to help out!

3. Join the Common Ground team on the LAND between 9am and noon, Monday to Friday (we will NO LONGER have afternoon volunteer opportunities--it's getting too hot!). You can drop in during this window freely.

4. If you're interested in getting involved 'in the classroom' doing refugee job-training, please contact Danielle Anderson, our CG Head of Training, at 208.867.1412 or danielle.anderson81@gmail.com--please give us a heads up if you're interested....it's important that we are able to plan / schedule in order to not disrupt the curriculum + best meet the job-training needs.

5. Join us for one of our monthly weekend Volunteer Events--stay tuned for more info on upcoming events!

6. Help us by selling Community Victory Garden plots to your friends and neighbors--there is plenty of time to sign up.....we'll be accepting new customers for another 4 - 8 weeks! You can place your orders online at www.themomentumgroup.org (Option #1, Option #2, and Option #3 are still available).
